Kevin & Pamela Seibold
Kevin D. Seibold and his wife, Pamela, have served Redmond Heights Pentecostals as pastor since December of 2011. They have three adult children, and one daughter-in-law. Mark & Stephanie, Ryan and Vanessa are the joy of their lives.
Pastor Seibold is a graduate of Christian Life College (Stockton, California (with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology)). He is an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International. Pastor Kevin has served his district and section in various leadership positions throughout his ministry.
At the young age of 24, Pastor Seibold was called to pastor his first church in Freeport, Illinois. From that first experience, he entered many years of further leadership training while serving on the pastoral staff at 3 churches. Finally after 20 years, God’s promise came to pass with the calling to serve Redmond Heights Pentecostals, fulfilling a personal dream to live in the mountains with a lake nearby. Kevin’s love for people, his passion for preaching and teaching Biblical truth, and his transparency about life, cause the Word of God to come alive. Kevin is an active member of the Redmond Chamber of Commerce, Redmond Ministerial Alliance, and serves as a commissioner on the City of Redmond Planning Commission. You can read Pastor’s Blog here, and listen to his sermons here.
Pamela has been heavily involved in each of their ministry endeavors and has fulfilled many ministry roles. Pamela has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management and another Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colorado Technical University. Pamela works full time in corporate America and currently serves as the Music and Children’s Ministry leader at Redmond Heights. In her free time she loves to blog at Pamela’s Pondering Place.
Richard, who prefers to be called Rich, is a keyboardist and guitarist who served as Minister of Music for 22 years at Pentecostal Temple under the leadership of Pastor Michael Parsons in Midland, MI. He relocated to Central Oregon in 2013 after having retired after 38 years in an Information Technology career with The Dow Chemical Company. He is the music director for Redmond Heights Pentecostals and oversees the sound and media departments as well. He also serves on the church board of directors.
Growing up in Northern California, he studied Music Theory and received his Bachelor Degree in Mathematics from California State University, Sacramento. He has a Degree in Recording Arts from Los Medanos College (Pittsburg, CA) and also taught private music lessons for 8 years.
In addition to working with artists such as Steve Richardson, Mark Condon, Nancy Grandquist, and others, highlights of his career include performing with the Midland Symphony Orchestra at a gospel concert featuring Donna McElroy, being highlighted in a Hammond Festival, featuring 3 Hammond organs, and led a choir clinic in Milano, Italy, (for a church that had been established by a missionary while he was simultaneously working for his employer The Dow Chemical).
Favorite Scripture: “Jesus said, “If I want him to live until I come again, what’s that to you? You—follow me.” (John 21:22, MSG)
Richard shares his life with Victoria Lay, his wife of 41 years. Together they raised two children, Christina (Roy Raposo) and Andrew, 5 grandchildren, 6 chickens, 2 llamas and 1 dog. In his spare time, you can find him working on a building project at his home. One of things he loves about Central Oregon is his love for a good cup of coffee.
